Zoom Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Kent who had approached the team at Oxygen to help them develop a way to stand out from the crowd within the recruitment industry.
We helped zoom by rebranding their current logo and creating a new website for them with added functionality.
The team at Oxygen helped develop and design a new mobile responsive website for Zoom with some unique features that give them a competitive edge in a crowded marketplace. Zoom needed something that would communicate and integrate with their existing systems and therefore communication was key to this process.
Zoom’s old site was unfortunately subject to a malicious hacking. As standard with the development of their new site, we provided them with additional security to ensure this doesn’t happen again. By installing software to run alongside the new site it added another level of security that helped to make the team at Zoom feel more protected against this level of exploitation in the future.
The larger recruitment sites such as Reed and Monster are cluttered with recruitment agencies and employees pitching jobs to prospects. This makes it difficult to stand out from the crowd as a recruitment agency due to the sheer amount of jobs being posted. Oxygen helped develop a job board that is personal to the jobs that zoom upload and provided this on their website.
The integrated job board means that clients trying to find a job using the Zoom Recruitment website will only be able to see the jobs that Zoom have on offer and this, therefore, will provide potential clients with a more specific search basis that will benefit zoom and not the other agencies online!
Not only does this just provide the clients with a selection of Zoom only jobs but it also reduces the fee to Zoom that they would usually pay if someone applied to a job through one of the large sites such as Reed and Monster.
The team at Oxygen also created a unique CV submission form. Prospects visiting their site are able to upload their CV’s directly to zoom and fill out their contact details efficiently. This allows candidates to apply for jobs directly. This reduces time taken by the recruitment consultants to try and find suitable jobs for their clients.
Zoom also have access to a mailing list and utilising our email sending system that we offer. This means that the company can create and send emails to their clients with ease. This is great for anyone considering email marketing and is an easy way of creating high quality great looking emails!
Zoom Recruitment is very active on social media. Posting regular job updates and sharing postings on other recruitment sites such as CV-Library. We have created a unique Facebook feed for when clients visit their site. The clients are able to see a constant live feed of all the social media posts Zoom have published. This provides their clients with regular updates on jobs available!
Zooms existing branding required a refresh alongside the development of their new site. This needed to better represent what the company had to offer. We created a clever concept utilising location pins to replace the ‘oo’ in zoom. Basing changes on core values of the company to locate people and place them in the best roles possible! By changing the logo we also created a unique set of icons to match with brand styling.
